Refund Policy

We want Parqlab to earn its price. If it doesn't work for you, getting your money back is simple.

14 days, no questions asked

If you are not satisfied for any reason, email support@parqlab.app within 14 days of purchase from the address used at checkout (or include your license key). We refund the full amount to your original payment method — no forms, no justification required.

Refunds are issued through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

What happens to the license

When a refund is issued, the license key is revoked and the app returns to trial mode on your devices. That's it — no other consequence.

After 14 days

Past the 14-day window we generally do not refund, but write to us anyway if something is wrong: genuine cases (double purchase, app unusable on your setup despite our help, accidental renewals of any future product) are treated with common sense.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, including mandatory warranty and withdrawal rights in your country. By starting to use the license key immediately, you expressly consent to the delivery of digital content before the end of any legal withdrawal period, without losing our own 14-day guarantee above.

Before you refund: let us help

Most issues (activation errors, device limits, files that won't open) are fixed in one or two support emails. You lose nothing by asking first — the 14-day window is only counted from purchase to your refund request, not to resolution.
